First Consultation - £250
Patients who are new to a Consultant at Infinity Eye Clinic will require a first consultation to establish their needs. The fee includes for examination and assessment, but excludes the cost of any special tests or treatment.

Follow Up Consultation - from £200
Patients who need more than one consultation with a particular Consultant will pay the follow-up rate for their second and subsequent consultation. The fee includes for examination and assessment, but excludes the cost of any special tests or treatment.
In common with most clinics, we charge separately for tests:
Optical coherence tomography of optic disc or macula – £225
Optical coherence tomography of anterior segment – £60
Humphrey visual field analysis – £110
Autorefraction / Focimetry – £60
Pachymetry – £60
Reporting of tests – £50
The fee for surgery and laser treatments is typically made up of the Surgeon’s fee, the Anaesthetist’s fee and the Hospital fee. The latter will depend on the Anaesthetist and Hospital. The following are our Surgeon’s fees:
Cataract surgery – from £990
YAG laser capsulotomy per eye – £300
Trabeculectomy – £1,200
Aqueous shunt with patch – £2,000
Needling of trabeculectomy bleb – £600
Revision of trabeculectomy with donor patch – £1,200
Supramid removal from Baerveldt shunt – £700
Revision of aqueous shunt with donor patch – £1,200
Trabectome minimally-invasive glaucoma surgery – £1,000
Surgical iridectomy – £600
Selective laser trabeculoplasty – £800

Surcharges may apply for emergency or out-of-hours services, and will be advised prior to service.
