Your use of any services or resource provided by us, including this website, denotes your complete agreement with and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. We do not require a signed agreement.
You, the patient, are responsible for payment of all fees and charges. Payment is due immediately after your clinic appointment; prior to telephone and online consultations; and prior to treatment in the case of surgical or laser treatments. Please note that even if someone else is paying your bill or you have private medical insurance, you are responsible for paying any charges which they do not pay.
Fees for consultations include clinical assessment, but exclude the cost of any tests or treatment. Prices for consultations and tests are published at www.infinityeyeclinic.com/prices
We accept all major credit and debit cards. No cash payments are currently accepted. We don’t accept cheques.
For new clients and during busy periods, appointments may be subject to cancellation or postponement without notice unless guaranteed with a credit or debit card at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment charge may be charged.
If you have private medical insurance, please contact your insurer before your consultation, to check the terms of your policy, particularly the level and type of outpatient cover you have, including any reimbursement limits on individual consultation fees. Please note you are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurer.
If all or part of your fees remains unpaid within 30 days of the invoice date, we may charge interest at 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate. If payment remains outstanding after 30 days, we may ask a collection agent to recover debt, which may include further collection charges and fees.
Infinity Eye Clinic is the trading name of Infinity Eye Clinic Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales, Company Number 9234840. A list of directors is available for inspection at the company’s registered office which is situated at 5th Floor, 30-31 Furnival Street, London EC4A 1JQ.
